PC SMS Bulk Sender is a helpful and versatile software application that allows you to send and receive bulk text messages (SMS) with the help of a GSM or UMTS device (e.g., a phone or modem) which needs to be connected to your PC through any of the available interfaces, like USB, infrared, Bluetooth, or a serial port.

The program is easy to use and comes with a very friendly interface which makes it look much like an e-mail client. Among the most important features it offers is the Phonebook, which allows you to create a database of your contacts, for facilitating the mass SMS sending task. You can manually add your contacts' information, or import it from CSV or Excel files. Another feature is the "Mail Merge", very useful for sending personalized mass SMS to your contacts. A very important thing to take into account is the fact that this program does not require an Internet connection to work, only a GSM or UMTS device with SMS sending capabilities.

This useful tool is able to search for the connected device automatically before creating a new SMS. It is capable of sending nearly 360 SMS per hour with the GSM system, or 1080 SMS per hour with UMTS. You can also schedule the SMS sending to a specific date and time. It works with all Windows versions from 2000 to Vista.
